Caity Peacock-Hall

Caity works in the Commercial team at Gallaway Cook Allan, assisting clients with corporate, commercial and property matters. Prior to joining Gallaway Cook Allan, Caity worked as a taxation consultant with a national accounting firm.

Caity enjoys working with a broad range of clients and believes in taking a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. Caity enjoys the varied and fast-paced nature of her role, and being a part of a dynamic firm in her hometown of Dunedin. 

Caity's practice area includes:

• Drafting and reviewing commercial leases
• Assisting clients with all aspects of commercial property sales and purchases
• Financing
• Assisting clients with all aspects of business sale and purchases 
• Drafting shareholders agreements
• Assisting with a range of corporate matters such as share sales, purchases and restructures
• Advising on a wide range of property matters including the drafting and registration of easements and covenants
• Assisting with Charitable Trust matters.
