Imogen first joined Gallaway Cook Allan in 2021 as a Law Clerk in the Dispute Resolution Team. After completing her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce, she returned to the firm as a Solicitor.
Imogen assists clients with a wide variety of disputes and is focused on providing practical, clear advice to help resolve issues efficiently.
Imogen's practice area covers:
- Civil litigation
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Debt recovery
- Estate disputes
- Applications under the PPPR Act including welfare guardian and property manager applications
- Property and neighbourhood related disputes
Imogen is a member of the Otago New Practitioners Group and the Otago Women Lawyers Society (OWLS). She also provides legal advice through the SOULS Tenancy Programme, supporting Otago students with tenancy issues.
