Kymberlee Choie

Kymberlee is a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial team.

Born and bred in Dunedin, Kymberlee enjoys the diverse and dynamic nature of corporate and commercial practice. She has completed a secondment as an in-house counsel for an internationally recognised organisation, where she prepared, advised on, and negotiated a range of cross-border commercial, SaaS, intellectual property and technology-related contracts.

Kymberlee advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including:

• Commercial contracts with particular experience in supply chain and technology sectors
• Commercial and residential conveyancing 
• Buying and selling a business
• Corporate governance, including constitutions and shareholder agreements
• Corporate transactions, capital raises and private equity investments
• Mergers, acquisitions and divestments 

She also serves as a Board member of Otago Rugby League Incorporated
