Working together with individuals, couples, and families to structure their personal affairs, she advises on all aspects relating to asset planning.

• Wills – Preparation and drafting of wills to ensure your wishes are carried out and your assets are protected.
• Enduring Powers of Attorney – Advising on and certifying Enduring Powers of Attorney Forms for Property and Personal Care and Welfare.
• Trusts – Assisting with trust formation, gifting, loans, and transfer of assets, ongoing administration and compliance with the Trusts Act, changes of trustees, and distribution of trust assets to beneficiaries.
• Aged Care – Advising on occupation right agreements for retirement villages and assisting with rest home and residential care subsidy applications to help navigate the complexities of aged-care planning.
• Estate and Succession Planning – Developing tailored strategies for estate and succession planning to protect assets and provide for future generations.
