Gerrad has extensive experience advising employers and employees on all aspects of employment law and workplace relations. Prior to joining Gallaway Cook Allan in 2016, he spent nearly a decade in human resources roles across public health, central government, and both large and SME private sector organisations. This unique background enables Gerrad to deliver sensible, commercially focused advice that works in the real world.
