Isabella joined the Dispute Resolution team in 2024 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Otago. Raised just north of Dunedin, Isabella is deeply committed to supporting her local community and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through her work.

Her primary area of practice is employment law, where she is drawn to the people-focused nature of the field. Isabella enjoys working collaboratively with both employers and employees to navigate complex workplace issues and achieve practical, fair outcomes. She brings empathy, clarity, and a solutions-oriented approach to every matter she handles.

  • Employment law advice for employers and employees
  • Representation in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court
  • Employment agreements and workplace policies
  • Personal grievances
  • Redundancy, restructures, and disciplinary processes
  • Privacy Act requests and compliance
  • Notifiable privacy breaches

Isabella is a member of the Otago Women’s Law Society (OWLS) and also provides legal advice as part of the SOULS tenancy program, helping students navigate tenancy issues.

Outside of work Isabella is actively involved in surf lifesaving and is the Chair of the Warrington Surf Life Saving Club.
